Refund Policy

Once you receive your order, please inspect and notify us of any damage as soon as possible. We do not offer any returns for goods damaged that are not brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. We are not responsible for orders that are incorrect when your purchase is made. We recommend checking your order and headboard/decal size before purchasing and ask any questions if you are unsure. 

We do not offer refunds or replacement for goods that you damage by misuse, including failure to follow our care and maintenance instructions.

For any item/s received damaged, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the item via email to info@minimash.com.au with your order number, photographs and descriptions of the damage. 

We reserve the right to refuse or accept the return of any product. We will refuse a damaged return if you have not provided us with an e-mail notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.

If you are eligible for a product replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned address provided before replacement is issued.
